Mission Express LLC uses this private automation service to create and reconcile its own customer invoices.

Information processed

The service processes customer names and billing email addresses, invoice and payment metadata, QuickBooks and Square account identifiers, encrypted authorization credentials, and operational audit records. Payment-card and bank-account details are collected and handled by Square and are not stored by this service.

How information is used

Information is used only to create Square invoices from authorized QuickBooks invoices, email payment links, attach invoice documents, record completed payments, reconcile transactions, and diagnose failures.

Sharing and security

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate this workflow, including Intuit QuickBooks, Square, the hosting provider, and the configured email provider. Authorization credentials are encrypted at rest, administrative access is password protected, and provider webhook signatures are verified.

Retention and requests

Records are retained only as needed for accounting, legal, security, and troubleshooting purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email mission.reina@gmail.com.
